- Set up time to meet at job site or owners home.
- Discuss owners requirement of our company.
- Answer any preliminary questions you may have.
First Meeting:
- Pick up plans if completed, walk project.
- If no plans yet we discuss design options.
- Provide a list of references.
Second Meeting:
Meeting with Designer / Architect.
Discuss design elements and material finishes.
Establish time for preliminary design and cost review.
Establish drawing start date & date for bid drawings.
Third Meeting:
- Provide a written estimate and Contract.
- Finalize design and cost.
- Sign contract.
- Set up start date.
Project management:
All project are assigned a project manager.
Owners meet with project manager.
