YOUR VOICE IN CONSTRUCTION , HOME INSPECTION AND ACORN STAIR LIFTS.
Construction Inspection:
Inspections should be performed durning the construction process, We identify issues and problems prior to their being covered by finished surfaces. There are 4 major stages of construction and one or more inspections can be performed at each stage, depending on your level of comfort with your builder.
- Foundation - soils report review, excavation, footings/piers, walls, waterproofing/drain, backfill
- Rough Framing
- At the completion of the framing.
- Rough Plumbing/Mechanical/Electrical
- can be combined with a final framing inspection, prior to insulation and drywall. This is an ideal time to inspect as all systems are visible and corrections are easily made.
- Final/Walk-Through
- Highly recommended. Defects or deficiencies are more easily negotiated with the builder prior to closing than after.

Key Benefits to having Construction Inspections:
Learn the issues as they develop and get them corrected!
Be in a position of strength, with documentation from a professional, in case the relationship with your builder deteriorates.
